Welcome to the Karuno Outdoor website. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
You understand that, except for credit card information, any data you submit may be transferred unencrypted and may involve:

  • Transmissions over various networks; and

  • Modifications to meet technical requirements of connecting systems.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the website without express written permission from Karuno Outdoor.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.
Karuno Outdoor is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing or product descriptions.
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise specified.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipments generally arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on region and courier.

  • Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are shipped via SF Express. International orders are shipped via UPS or other trusted carriers.

Karuno Outdoor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure or lost shipments.

  • Any re-delivery fees, return-to-sender fees, or additional shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • If a refund is requested due to an undeliverable package caused by an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and applicable processing fees, per our Refund Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date.
Refunds are only issued for items that are defective or damaged.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to have a quality issue.

Processing Fees & Currency Conversion

Refunds are subject to an 8% processing fee, which covers:

  • Shopify’s non-refundable payment processing fees; and

  • Mandatory currency conversion fees applied during payment collection and again during refund issuance.

All payments are processed in HKD.
If you pay in a different currency, Shopify’s required conversion fees are charged by Shopify only and are not returned to us. These fees will therefore be deducted from your refund.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Karuno Outdoor or its respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the site or its content without our express written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations;

  • infringing intellectual property rights;

  • attempting unauthorized access to our systems;

  • uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Any disputes arising from your use of the site or these Terms shall be handled through the appropriate legal channels in Hong Kong.

10. Changes to Terms

Karuno Outdoor reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
