退款政策

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days, starting from the date the shipment is successfully delivered (“delivered” status as shown by the courier).
If more than 7 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Refunds are only provided for items that are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

 


Processing Fee & Payment Charges

Please note that an 8% processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
This fee covers:

  • Shopify’s non-refundable payment processing charges, and

  • the mandatory currency conversion fees applied when the payment is received and again when the refund is issued.

We process all payments in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
If you pay in a currency other than HKD, Shopify will automatically convert your payment into HKD at checkout, and convert the refund back to your original currency upon refund.
These currency conversion fees are charged solely by Shopify and are not returned to us; therefore, they must be deducted from your refund amount.

 


Responsibility for Returns & Exchanges

If a product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover all shipping costs and processing fees related to the return or exchange.

Warranty coverage is determined by the respective brand’s individual policy. We will inform you of the applicable warranty terms for your product via email.

If the return or exchange is not due to our error or a product quality issue, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and shipping any replacement.

 


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email support@karuno-outdoor.com and send your item to:

Return Shipping

For non-quality-related returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
