Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping (Revised & Aligned with Refund Policy)

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. Pre-order orders will be shipping in 20 days.
International orders may take longer depending on the carrier’s transit time and the customs clearance policies of the destination country.

 


Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

  1. Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges may be applied upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  2. Pre-payment Requirement: Due to dynamic global trade and tariff policies, carriers for specific destinations may require pre-payment of estimated taxes and duties to ensure seamless clearance and prevent rejection. For these orders, an Import Fees Deposit will be collected at checkout.
  3. Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize KARUNO OUTDOOR to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, and process/remit your actual import fees.
  4. Refund & Surcharge Policy: If actual import fees are lower than the deposit collected, the difference will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If actual fees exceed the deposit, you will not be charged any additional amount.
  5. Customs Risk: We are not liable for customs-related delays. If a package is rejected, destroyed, or seized by customs due to local regulations or unpaid fees by the recipient, no refund will be issued for shipping costs or goods.

 


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address Provided by Customer

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address is supplied by the customer and the package cannot be delivered or is returned to sender:

  • We are not responsible for the failed delivery.

  • Any additional shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, re-delivery fees, or delays caused by the incorrect address must be borne by the customer.

  • If a refund is requested due to a failed delivery resulting from incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and processing fees, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 


Shipping Costs & Return Liability Alignment with Refund Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product quality issue.
For all non-quality-related returns or exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and

  • Any additional shipping charges for resending a replacement item (if applicable).

If a product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement, consistent with our Refund Policy.

 


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
While we will assist where possible, we are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
